Awesome Pool Experience!

I had an amazing time at the Mayaguez Resort! The pool area was definitely one of the highlights of my stay. With about five different pools and a jacuzzi, there was plenty of room to relax and unwind. The cleanliness of the pool area impressed me as the staff was actively cleaning throughout the day. I loved that I could enjoy the sun by the pool while sipping on drinks. Overall, the pool experience truly made my vacation nice.

Delicious Food Options

During my stay at the resort, I was pleasantly surprised by the dining options available. The food was quite tasty, with kid's meals starting from just $5.99 and adult meals around $6.99. I personally enjoyed the pizza, which was very affordable and delicious. Additionally, I appreciated the free coffee available in my room each morning. It was a great way to kick off my day as I relaxed before hitting the pool!

Convenient Parking Area

I found the parking facility at Mayaguez Resort to be quite satisfactory. While there was a fee associated with parking, I felt that the convenience and ease of access to my vehicle made it worth it. The parking area was clean, and I didn’t have trouble finding a spot even during peak hours. It made coming and going from the resort a breeze!

Comfortable Room Amenities

My room at Mayaguez Resort was comfortable and equipped with helpful amenities. I appreciated having a small refrigerator and free Wi-Fi, which made my stay more enjoyable. The room also provided a clothes iron and iron board that came in handy, particularly after packing my clothes. The cozy environment allowed me to unwind after a long day exploring the resort. This hotel has been around for ages but definitely feels its age. The tower rooms are much nicer than the older sections, which are quite dated. I did enjoy the vibrant pool area, though the weekends can get overcrowded. Just be prepared for a long check-in process during peak times. Given the limited options in Mayagüez, I might stay here again but with some reservations.

I had high hopes for my stay, but unfortunately, the hotel left a lot to be desired. While the exterior looked appealing, the interior desperately needs updating. The rooms were outdated and had a distinct smell, which was quite off-putting. The service also fell short of expectations. My stay at this resort was quite disappointing. I encountered a big issue with the room's cleanliness and odor, which made my night extremely uncomfortable. The service was lacking, especially during check-in and room service. On the bright side, the location was decent, and the amenities looked promising but weren't up to par. Given the price I paid, I definitely expected much more from the experience.
